From our first encounter to our install, I knew this company was different. Jake came to our house and didn't try to upsell all the products. He asked us what we wanted. He knew I had already got an estimate of over 18k with discounts. He helped us with finding products that would look nice without breaking the bank. The installers were kind and courteous even showing concerns for my husband's transforner collection on shelf in another room. The work was explained to us and done in very timely fashion. I definitely would recommend Cincy Bath to anyone looking for honest people to fix your shower.
